our 11th Concert
Sonance — a celebration of resonance and romance in sound — brings together the artistry of piano four hands and soprano in a cross-cultural journey of memory, dance, and reflection.
Presented in collaboration with the New York Classic Forum (NYCF) and Molloy University’s Music Department, this scholarship fundraising concert features works that span continents and centuries: the playful innocence of Fauré’s Dolly Suite, the nostalgic charm of Barber’s Souvenirs, the virtuosic brilliance of Liszt’s Hungarian Rhapsody, alongside Korean art songs by Isang Yun and Doo-nam Cho for piano and voice.
In this evening of evocative echoes, tradition and innovation meet, where silence begins to sing and every resonance tells a story.
